Integration of the Fanimo Card into the Royal Rewards Program

The Fanimo Card is now an integral part of the Royal Rewards Program. This

program introduces three levels of membership status, each offering benefits and

specific rewards.

Presentation of the Fanimo Card

The Fanimo Card allows eligible members (as defined below):

(i) to accumulate exchange units for each dollar spent in Animo stores etc., and

(ii) to enjoy benefits and rewards, as detailed below.

Animo Dollars points can be used free of charge to obtain products in the

Animo stores etc.

By subscribing to the Fanimo Card, the member agrees to comply with these conditions

general. In the event of disagreement with these conditions, membership in the Rewards Program

Royal will be refused.

Eligibility requirements

Membership to the Fanimo Card is free and no initial purchase is required.

To become a member, a person must:

• Be 16 years of age or older and legally resident in Canada at the time of membership;

• Accept these general conditions;

• Provide a valid email address.

Animo etc reserves the right to request photo identification (e.g.: driving license).

Membership procedure

Membership Levels and Review

The Royal Rewards Program includes three statuses:

• Bronze Crown : Basic level, awarded upon membership or for annual spending

Accumulation of points

• Members accumulate points by presenting their Fanimo Card when making purchases or

• No points can be added retroactively after a transaction has been completed.

Points discount rate

• Bronze : 1% of the amount spent*

• Money : 1% of the amount spent*

• Gold : 2% of the amount spent*

(*Calculated on the net amount before taxes, after application of discounts.)

Certain excluded services and products do not allow you to accumulate points (e.g.: cards-

gifts, shipping costs, donations).

Exchange of points

• Points can be used as a payment method in all Animo stores

etc, but are not exchangeable for cash.

• Members retain their unused points for future transactions.

Additional benefits

Depending on the member's status, exclusive promotional offers, donations convertible into

points and other rewards may be offered.

Non-compliance and abuse

Animo etc reserves the right to remove points or limit access to the program in the event of

• Attempted fraud or abuse of privileges;

• Falsification of personal information;

• Failure to comply with the general conditions.

Animo Dollars have no monetary value outside of the program and cannot be

on the Animoetc.com website. By making a reservation for these services, the Member

automatically agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Birthday present

Members who subscribe to the newsletter can benefit from a birthday gift for their

pet, based on their membership status on the pet's birthday.

This gift is not redeemable for cash.

Modification, Termination and Suspension of the Fanimo Card

Program Changes

Animo etc reserves the right to unilaterally modify the following aspects of the Program

Awards:

• Eligibility criteria;

• The terms of accumulation, exchange and calculation of points (both for the discount and

for exchange).

Any changes to the Terms and Conditions will be communicated to members by one of the

following means:

• Through the website Animoetc.com ;

• By written notice posted in store;

• By email.

The notice will specify the nature of the change and its effective date. Members may

refuse these modifications and terminate their membership without cost or penalty by sending a notice to this

Termination by Animo etc.

Animo etc may terminate a Member's membership or the Program as a whole at any time.

Effects of Termination

Inactivity and Expiration of Points

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), Animo Dollars points

may expire after two years of inactivity. In this case, Animo etc will send a written notice to the

Participation in Competitions
