General Conditions:

Item availability, prices, selection, and promotional offers may vary by store; please inquire at your local store. The current prices indicated are the suggested current prices by suppliers. Due to market fluctuations in which Animo etc operates, prices may change without prior notice. For certain promotional items, including specials, promotions, clearance, or seasonal items, shop early for the best selection as in some cases no rain checks or replacement items will be given. We reserve the right to limit quantities, correct typographical, photographic, or pricing errors, and unless otherwise indicated, to offer rain checks or equivalent replacement items when advertised items are unavailable or in the event of an advertising error.

Product return, exchange, or refund: 14-day period. In all cases, the consumer must return the product in its original, intact packaging, in the condition purchased, and with the original purchase receipt.

All pet food may be eligible for an exchange if it does not meet your pet's expectations. We will only accept food returns in their original packaging, having not been consumed more than 80% of the initial quantity, and with the original purchase receipt. The return must be made within 14 days of the purchase date. No refunds will be issued for food. Only an exchange or an in-store credit note can be issued to the consumer.

Defective items: The consumer has 14 days to return the item in question and receive a refund or exchange. Beyond 14 days, the consumer must contact the manufacturer for replacement of the defective product.

Items: You may return any product with unopened packaging within 14 days of purchase. Any product with opened packaging or that has been used will not be eligible for return. For any intact returned product, we will refund the purchase amount upon presentation of the receipt. The merchandise must not have been used, and all tags must still be attached to the product.

The Fanimo rewards program (Fanimo Advantage cards): The benefits offered by the Fanimo Advantage card are considered promotions when applicable. During the period when a promotion applies, it takes precedence over loyalty benefits. Therefore, the consumer automatically benefits from the special for these products. If with this purchase the consumer were to receive a loyalty freebie, it will be recorded in the system and issued with your next purchase, once the special has ended. This method is the most advantageous for the consumer.

No returns on these items: Gift card, special order, transport cage, litter box, cat tree, clothing and boots, pet beds, clearance or end-of-season products, tags, harnesses.
