We process orders quickly to ensure efficient delivery. If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.
Not yet, but it's in our plans! We know that certain products—like food or litter—recur regularly in your orders. Stay tuned, we're working on a practical solution to simplify your life.
If an item is out of stock, it may be removed from your order and automatically refunded. You will receive an email to notify you. We do our best to keep inventory up to date, but demand may occasionally exceed our forecasts. Feel free to revisit the website or contact an Animo etc. store to check its availability in store or place a special order.

Customer Account
Simply visit our website and click the account icon at the top of the page. You'll be able to create an account with your email address and a password. Having an account allows you to track your orders, view your purchase history, collect Fanimo points, and receive personalized offers.
If you have already made a purchase in store and provided your email address, your Fanimo points will be automatically linked to your new online account.
If you created an account before February 1, 2025, you will need to create a new one, as we have updated our online platform for a better experience.
We are currently working on integrating grooming appointments into our new online platform so you can view them directly in your account.
In the meantime, we invite you to contact your Animo etc. store directly for any information regarding your upcoming appointments.

You can enter a promo code or your gift card number during checkout in the designated section. The discount will be applied automatically if the code is valid.
Yes, you can use your Fanimo points when shopping online! Just make sure your online account is linked to the email address you used in-store. If the link is correct, you'll automatically see your available points at checkout, and you can apply them to your order before finalizing your payment.
Delivery
Currently, we only deliver to Quebec. By entering your postal code upon arrival on the site, you will be able to immediately see what delivery or pickup options are available for your area. We hope to expand our service to other provinces soon!
Delivery times vary depending on your location, but orders are typically delivered within 2 to 7 business days. You will receive an email as soon as your package ships.
Returns
We apologize for this incident. Please contact us as soon as possible at web@animoetc.com with your order number and photos, if applicable. We will be happy to correct the situation.
Returns must be made in person at an Animo etc. store. Please bring your order confirmation email with you as proof of purchase.
The item in question may have been canceled due to lack of stock. In this case, the amount will be automatically refunded. You will receive an email confirming the cancellation or refund.
When you place an order on our site, a pre-authorization is placed on your credit card. The funds are then reserved by your financial institution, but are not released to us until the item is received. Please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to be returned to your account. If, after this time, you still do not see the refund, we invite you to contact your credit card company directly.
Royal Rewards Program
Yes, absolutely! You earn Fanimo points for your online purchases, just as you do in-store. Just make sure you're logged in to your account when placing your order. Points will be automatically added to your Fanimo balance after your order is shipped.
