Defective product

Animo etc ensures that the quality of the products sold is fully satisfactory. If you purchase an item and it is defective, we can exchange it or refund you if necessary. Any defective item must be returned and must be in its original packaging and with the original purchase receipt. The return must be made within 14 days of the purchase date. Beyond 14 days, the consumer must contact the manufacturer for the replacement of the defective product.

Pet food

Any pet food may be eligible for an exchange if it does not meet your pet's expectations. We will accept returns of food only in its original packaging, not more than 80% consumed and with the original purchase receipt. The return must be made within 14 days of the purchase date. No refunds on food will be given. Only an exchange or store credit will be issued to the consumer for food returns.

Pet accessories

You can return any product that has not been opened within 14 days of purchase. Any product that has been opened or used will not be eligible for return. For any product returned intact, we will refund the purchase amount upon presentation of the receipt. The merchandise must be unused and all tags must still be attached to the product.
