Return policy
Defective product
Animo etc ensures that the quality of the products sold is fully satisfactory. If you purchase an item and it is defective, we can exchange it or refund you if necessary. Any defective item must be returned and must be in its original packaging and with the original purchase receipt. The return must be made within 14 days of the purchase date. Beyond 14 days, the consumer must contact the manufacturer for replacement of the defective product.
Pet food
Any pet food may be eligible for an exchange if it does not meet your pet's expectations. We will only accept food returns in their original packaging, with no more than 80% of the original quantity consumed, and with the original purchase receipt. Returns must be made within 14 days of the purchase date. No refunds will be issued on food. Only an exchange or store credit will be issued to the consumer for food returns.
Pet accessories
You can return any product within 14 days of purchase if the packaging has not been opened. Any product that has been opened or used will not be eligible for return. For any product returned intact, we will refund the purchase amount upon presentation of the receipt. The merchandise must be unused and all tags must still be attached to the product.

Cancellation or refund of your order
We may have canceled your order or refunded an item because it was unfortunately no longer in stock. We make every effort to ensure that the products displayed on our site are actually available in our warehouse so that you receive your order quickly. However, occasionally, in rare cases where a product sells very quickly, our inventory may not be updated in time. This may result in an item being canceled. We apologize for this inconvenience and understand how frustrating this can be.
Refund
When you place an order on our site, a pre-authorization is placed on your credit card. The funds are then reserved by your financial institution, but are not released to us until the item is received. Please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to be returned to your account. If, after this time, you still do not see the refund, we invite you to contact your credit card company directly.
