We use whole goat milk, add two probiotic enzymes, and culture the milk for 10 days. The finished product is raw fermented goat milk that can also be called kefir. Our raw goat milk is unpasteurized. Its unaltered nutritional profile and naturally occurring beneficial bacteria provide a healthy array of vitamins, minerals, and beneficial enzymes, which promote gut health and immune system support. This is not the goat milk you might find on the shelves of your local grocery store. The goats are raised year-round on a nutritious diet of natural, non-GMO alfalfa hay (up to 96% of total diet).
